A good service

I contacted Gotrak customer service because the rear mudguard on my grandson's scooter was cracked and I couldn't find the part anywhere. The customer service person responded quickly and did everything possible to solve my problem. In fact, the part wasn't available on the Gotrak website, so she contacted the people in charge of the warehouse, who in turn were very efficient and quickly made the part I needed available. In conclusion, I received excellent service from everyone on the Gotrax team.
