I commute about 3 miles each way, and the Eclipse makes it enjoyable. The suspension soaks up vibrations, so my hands aren't numb when I arrive. The one-touch fold is genius for my apartment building. And I have to admit, the cool factor of that LED glow puts a smile on my face every time I ride at night. It's packed with thoughtful features and just works really well.

The Eclipse nails the balance between looking good and being functional. The LED lighting is a standout feature that doesn't feel gimmicky. Performance-wise, the front suspension makes a noticeable difference on uneven pavement, and the folding mechanism is the fastest and most secure I've used. It has all the features I wanted (good motor, lock) in a package that actually looks great.

This is the perfect scooter for getting around my huge campus. The suspension handles all the brick paths and cracked sidewalks easily. I love the digital lock because I don't have to carry a separate one, and the motor in the back has plenty of power for the hills here. The subtle glow is a fun bonus that makes night rides safer (and cooler). Really happy with this purchase.

The folding is as easy as they say – literally one click and it's locked or ready to carry. I take it on the train and it's super manageable. The updated frame feels sturdy and the ride is way smoother than my old scooter thanks to the front shock. I wasn't sure about the glow at first, but it's actually really sleek, especially at dusk. Solid all-around scooter.

We’ve had this scooter for a year. My son uses it on the golf course to get around since he isn’t old enough to drive a cart yet. It’s perfect for him! We had an error code pop up on the screen after he dropped the handle bars one day and it wouldn’t work. I emailed customer service and they immediately knew what to do and sent over a part which was was easy to fix. Thank you Lydia for being an awesome customer service rep! You made a stressful situation so much better!

Great all round scooter got the price range excellent speed and range! Very solidly built The suspension could be a little less rigid but overall a very good machine

My son purchased this scooter and it's been pretty good so far. The only complaint we have is that he got a flat tire in the rear and we haven't been able to fix it. We've looked online and for videos and cannot get the tire back on the rim. It's been out of commission for a couple weeks now.

I had probleme with my battery, il called customer service Lydia took my request in few days à reciep à New battery then my problem was fixed. Thank you Lydia at the service customer.

This is a great scooter, but I think it could bring you some money to sell some accessories like compatible locks, bags for the small rack, waterbottle holder, phone holder, etc.

High quality scooter with a reliable digital lock for safety. The scooter is durable and can reach a speed of 32 km/h. The scooter can be easily folded for easy carrying.

The electric scooter works as expected. The motor is strong, allowing me to reach top speeds of 20mph and also go uphill with relative ease. It also has 2 brakes, front, and back brakes. It's with pneumatic tires, which are good for shock absorption but be careful don't go over sharp objects. It looks cool, it's also with front and tail lights. The foldable design of the scooter is easy and convenient. It makes it easy to transport it in the trunk of my van.It builds in an electric lock.

Love having a nice scooter that I can fold down and take on the road with us! Rides well, charges quickly enough and I have only positive experience with it!
