My Gotrax scooter suddenly stopped working with no power at all. At first, I thought it was just a battery issue, so I bought a new battery, but even then, it still didn’t work. Feeling frustrated, I decided to email Gotrax for help.
That’s when I was assisted by Lydia from their customer service team, and honestly, she was amazing! Lydia guided me patiently through every step, helping troubleshoot the issue until we finally got my scooter working again. Her dedication, patience, and excellent service deserve more than 100%!

I am 73 years old and have trouble walking long distances. Now I get on my scooter and just boot around town for the fun of it! Almost makes me feel like a kid again. I loved the breeze blowing through my hair until my kids found out and said "Mom you have to wear your helmet."
It is so easy to use and assembly was a breeze. I wondered about balance but have not had any problem with that.

Bought for the family to run back and forth to the beach and the shower house. Works great. Kids love it. Only complaint is when receive the throttle and brakes were reversed on handle bars. Had to loosen everything off and spin around

Loving my ride.. 68 years young with two bad knees, can’t be without it here in Arizona.. I need it to get to the pool every night, pop over to friends. It is amazing, and scoots pretty fast😄. I find myself going over the speed limit in our 55+ resort. Gotta be careful😂. Charged it when we got it and have not charged it again and it’s been 2 months. I don’t use it a lot but still .. we bought a cover for it, but u should really have some on your website!!again love my “Harley”
