ELECTRIC SCOOTER AND BIKE CUP HOLDER

I bought the scooter for my 7 year old grand daughter's birthday. She loved it and so did my 10 year old grand daughter. Very well made and easy to operate. Unfortunately 1 year later the charger quit working. I contacted Lydia at Gotrax and explained the problem. Within 1 week, I received a new charger and the scooter is up and running once again. Thank you Lydia for your excellent customer service. Thank you Gotrax!

Purchased the GX-Zero and when received found out that the Front Wheel does not work on dual motor mode. Sent an email to Gotrax.ca and Sidereal assisted on the troubleshooting and sent a Front Wheel replacement together with YouTube Video instructions on how to replace the wheel. The wheel replaced and now operational in dual motor mode. Did a road test and the e-scooter run fast and glad to have the suspension, the ride goes smoothly. Happy with this toy.
