It shipped and arrived at my house earlier than expected. All the pieces were there and from my estimation, in excellent condition.
Putting the bike together was easy and took roughly 30 minutes, although I would recommend at least one other person to help as it’s quite a bit heavier than expected.
Make sure you watch the video as it saves a significant amount of time once everything is out of the box.
This is my first experience with an e-bike and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

I wanted it to help me up hills. I really like the motor for the hills. The seat is not the most comfortable. The directions about the suspension were confusing. The price was right.

So happy with my purchase. I pedal without the help but when I see a big hill I place her in battery operated and you feel like you are lifted up the hill. You continue to turn your legs but no strain. All my neighbours are sizing my bike up and I offer them all a turn, I feel like I should start help selling these. My neighbours come back from the ride and I give them the address to order. They are all impressed too but they are cutting in on my joy ride. Loving the bike. I only had her up to 3 and that is good power for me but my husband puts the bike in higher speeds and really fast.I carry knapsack on my back so I run to store to pick up items. Great with the price of gas. I am hoping to get the same or better deal with the second bike I purchase. The battery lasts. I have been riding for 3 days and still have 83 per cent of battery life left. Comfortable too. Matter of fact if you don’t have the battery on and you are peddling the bike is very smooth. The gears are easy to change . I feel like great value for the money I spent. It is truly great buy but I wish we had longer season in Newfoundland. I hope the company gives me a great deal on the second one we purchase.

Easy to assemble, instructions could be clearer. Rapid delivery.

Front and back lights, which saved money on having to buy my own, tools to put it together which also saved money in case things need tightened down or adjusted. I rode it though, I let my son ride it, I talked with people about bikes like this and it's just awe for people. This bike works well. It was a great purchase
