Excellent customer service. Durability

I had to buy a replacement battery after 3 years and about 25 miles driven. I'm a little disappointed to have to do a repair so quickly at $220. Shit happen I guess. On the other hand, customer service responds quickly, provides videos for repairs and parts delivery is fast. I would say that I had a good experience and I am confident that I will be able to keep my scooters for a long time and be able to repair them if necessary.
