ELECTRIC SCOOTER AND BIKE CUP HOLDER

I bought the scooter for my 7 year old grand daughter's birthday. She loved it and so did my 10 year old grand daughter. Very well made and easy to operate. Unfortunately 1 year later the charger quit working. I contacted Lydia at Gotrax and explained the problem. Within 1 week, I received a new charger and the scooter is up and running once again. Purchased the GX-Zero and when received found out that the Front Wheel does not work on dual motor mode. Sent an email to Gotrax.ca and Sidereal assisted on the troubleshooting and sent a Front Wheel replacement together with YouTube Video instructions on how to replace the wheel. The wheel replaced and now operational in dual motor mode. Did a road test and the e-scooter run fast and glad to have the suspension, the ride goes smoothly. Happy with this toy.

My daughter was devastated when her scooter suddenly didn’t work. I wrote an email describing the issue, and in short order head right back from a lovely lady named Lydia. She was able to diagnose and ship out replacement parts. Parts came so quickly, and the scooter was fixed!! Lydia saved the day!!

My brand new GX1 was not accelerating properly and at times would slow down with the throttle fully depressed. I emailed Gotrax support and Kayla assisted and diagnosed the issue via email that the controller unit was faulty. She sent me a new controller unit, and a video showing how to replace it. It was simple to replace and it fixed the problem! My scooter accelerates smoothly with no issues now!!

Love the scooter but it doesn't go as fast as the one my friend has. It the exact same one but her at full speed goes a lot faster than mine
