GOTRAX CTI Commuter Electric Bike 27.5" 32KPH | 65KM Range

We bought 2 bikes; one for me and one for my wife. I'm 6' she is 5'4". Bikes can be adjusted for both of us and a very comfortable. Range is outstanding and has very nice features. the screen is very good and pedal assist has many settings .WE both really like the battery removal system so we can charge the batteries indoors without having to bring bike indoors. the charging is quite fast as well.

An awesome electric bike that gets you from a to b pretty quickly. The pedal assist is awesome and the large tires really bring you up to to top speed real quick. I really enjoy riding around after work, luckily I have enough bike lanes near me and it's just awesome!

I now have 2 of these because I loved the first one so much, when I lost the battery I bought another to ride while I waited for my replacement battery for the first one. It took awhile because they are so new there wasn’t any parts available for them. I’m so happy they were able to get me a replacement battery. Now I have a spare one for riding with a friend.
I’m so impressed with the quality and styling of this bike. It’s perfect for commutes on the road. Lots of battery life. It’s nice that the skinny tires will fit on the bike carrier on a city bus too.
I would recommend buying this bike to a friend.

I have ridden this bike to and from work for the past week. Assemble was pretty quick and painless other than the fact that some tools suck as the wrench couldn’t fit on the nuts and bolds. Other than that it’s a great bike in general. Terrain features, battery life, speed is just amazing.

Received the bike on 10/13/23 and my husband had it assembled by the time I got home with no issues. I've only ridden it a few times but so far so good. We bought this ebike as a starter ebike and honestly to simply get me out of the house and a bit more tolerate on bike in hopes of beimg able to get back on my normal bike soon. I have to say for the price it's been fantastic. It's super easy to maneuver and very comfortable. The seat is a bit hard but for my purposes it will do. I would highly recommend it and have do so already to several co-workers. Will update the review if anything changes.

The bike comes VERY WELL packaged. It will be safe and protected during shipping. Assembly is straight forward for the most part, should take an hour or less.
The build quality of this bike surprised me. I was fully anticipating it to feel cheap because of the price, but it feels solid and well made. The motor is responsive and has nice torque.

Completed first ride today and what a treat this bike is! Power is great, I can be on level one and still actively pedal for exercise in seventh gear. I didn't even have to get above power level 2 during our whole 20km ride with lots of uphill. I also was at 60% battery when we were done!
It is comfortable, and easy to use. I like that it is sleek and the battery can easily be popped out to bring out of the hot garage to charge.

The front brakes make a clicking sound coming downhill so I'll need to see if that needs to be adjusted and I'm not sure if the throttle works properly, about half the time that I used it nothing happened and the other half it did.

The bike came on time. It was great to use for college to get around campus. It’s really fast and if you pedal it will start to move on its own.

I love this bike. I actually enjoy riding it a lot and have put almost 100 km on it since July 13th. It rides smooth, and it has gotten up to 32kph. My only complaint is that I wish the tires were wider. I can’t lean into a curve at full speed like my boyfriend can on his e-bike with fat tires. Aside from that would I recommend it? Yes. If I had to do it all over knowing what I know now would I buy it again? Absolutely!

I love the quality, The gotrax bike is an absolute joy to ride. The motor is powerful, the battery lasts good and the adjustable pedal assist makes it easy to customize the ride according to your preferences. I took it out for a spin on some challenging terrain and it performed flawlessly, climbing hills with ease and speed. This is a product that I would recommend to anyone

This bike looks so good and it's easy to assemble. I assembled another bike for my wife and it took over a hour, this bike was so much easier. I was able to assemble the bike in just a half hour. The tools that come with it, is so handy and so much nicer. This company makes quality products. I recommend this bike to anyone.

The ebikes are really big and am planning to test ride them today with my wife, they look really great out of the box.

Aesthetically and mechanically wonderful. Exceptional product for the price. Assembly was very easy. The only assembly suggestion is to more clearly explain the sequence of placing the front fork plastic washers and mounting parts on the front fork. There are five separate parts, and the sequence is not clearly explained.

I got the white one. Quality is beyond expectation. I am enjoying it. The price was very reasonable.

I love the performance, the feeling of the ride, the overall design is elegant, very fun bike to have. Worth buying. I have just one complain the front wheel rotor of my bike was warped already while assembling it some part of the rotors touches the brake pads. But the costumer service was very fast to address the problem and immediately sent me a replacement. Thank you actbest.

I was looking for a comfortable, easy to ride electric bike and I found it with this purchase. It was easy to assemble and shipped quick. It is easy to adjust the seat height and the electric features are easy to use. Would recommend to anyone.

Once we got it it was easy to put together and the seller was very responsive with the shipping details. It moves quick and is easy to operate!
Weighs a good about but not as heavy as expected. The battery is about 5-10 lbs and charges quickly. Frame is nice and sturdy. And the seat is comfortable.
