Some things seem to good to ge true, but not here. A little leary ordering because of price but was pleasantly surprised. Easy to assemble. Bike gearing is good for pedaling. We got good range out of the battery. Thanks!

This bike seems like a good value for someone 200 pounds or so. My wife can peddle up a slight hill at the level 5 assist (highest) but does need to peddle to keep it moving or it has just enough power to keep her from moving backwards. And it looks pretty sleek.

So far so good! Love this bike. I'm a recreational bike rider and have rode several ebikes in the past but this one fits me perfectly. I'm 5'2, 135lbs and can handle this bike with no problem. Definitely recommend

This bike is amazing. It is beautiful and practical. Everything feels uphill in my town. This bike has made it fun to ride again! The seat is easily adjusted for comfort and the display is easy to see. The lights are great on those days I want to push my ride a little longer. It is an exceptional value!

I love the extra's it has like a good sturdy bike rack.
Easy to put together and my wife loved it.
Everything was nicely built and I am axious to see how my wife likes it after she rides it.
I will add to this when that happens but I don't think there will be any problems.

Love this bike. I am 60 and my husband is a very serious cyclist. I am able to ride with him and not slow him down. Its performance is great for someone just starting to ride. Battery life is good for one ride. Highly recommend for someone just starting out.

I liked the fast delivery, however, not the scratches on the frame.

A great bike all around. wish the tires were a little bigger but other than an all around fun e-bike. Great stability too and this was my first e-bike so I'm still a bit hesistant on it but justa fun bike all around.

I bought the cti 2 and was so excited to use it. I built it up quickly and easily but as soon as I went outside I got a flat tire. I tried emailing gotrax customer service and they were not very helpful. I should have listened to the reviews that told me to avoid this company, I will not be buying another product from them.

Super happy with the build quality and performance… well worth the investment…

CTI 2 Electric Bike

Obsessed with riding this into work in the morning. They are starting to get a little colder but I will ride this thing as many times as I can! Before the snow becomes too much. Just have to wait a few months until spring to ride again but I'll be counting down the days!!

Gets me to work, back home and is great for trips to the store. Rear storage rack is great for a little crate for whatever doesn't fit in my backpack. Powerful, fun and fast!

Solid bike all around. Step through frame is just what I wwanted and the battery can be removed for charging! Saves my back from having to lift the entire bike! A fun ride all around and I hope you make the choice to get this bike for yourself.

Just a solid well-built electric bike. Love the step thru frame and rear storage rack. Pedal assist is a life saver on those steeper hills my only wish is I bought it sooner.

I prefer this way over my car. Smooth and handlebars are incredible comfy.

This thing purrs when its on the road. It takes me where I need to go and I have saved a boatload in gas money already. I'm drinking less coffee because the bike rides in the morning just energize me!! Would highly recommend this bike to anyone in the market for one.

I love my Cityscape. Makes riding a joy. I live in very windy areas and I ride just about everyday. Definitely would not be able to ride a nonelectric bike most days. Customer service is great too!

This bike is a great commuting bike. I've loved using it on the daily for work and Uber eats. I think my only complaints would be that I think the throttle would be better as a twist action rather than a lever, and I'd prefer it on the right rather than left side. Otherwise amazing model and I may purchase another, or the cti3 for my partner once the money is right
