The GXL V2 Electric Scooter
Our very first electric scooter for adults. The GXL V2 features a 250 Watt front wheel motor to reach a top speed of 15.5 mph. Most entry level models of e-scooter are kept under 20 mph top speed to be in line with local laws and ordinances regarding personal electric vehicles (PEVs). We always recommend whenever you are riding to wear a helmet, regardless of top speed. Safety comes first. Anyway, back to the scooter. GXL V2's are rated to hold up to 220lbs in max rider weight to take you, your backpack, and maybe some groceries on your way home. Furthermore, the IPX4 waterproof rating keeps your ride protected from dust, small contaminants and light splashing so you don't have to worry every time you go over a puddle. Finally, this e-scooter is powered by a 36V 5.2aH vertical tiller battery keeping the motor running and your LED digital display illuminated.
The Apex Electric Scooter
The next step forward. The Apex comes with a 36V 6.0aH battery placed in the deckboard of the electric scooter for better balance and center of gravity while you ride. Thanks to the slightly larger battery compared to the GXL V2, the Apex can reach a max distance of 15 miles per charge. Perfect for quick commutes or trips to the corner store when you start to crave your favorite snacks. Thankfully, the 8.5" air-filled pneumatic tires will ensure a smooth, comfortable ride over any cracks or bumps along the way. On that point, the 250 Watt rear wheel motor is great for initial acceleration and any hills you have to climb along your way.
