Assembly is easy, depending on your commute this can either be frustrating or easy to use. Nonetheless I think it is a great buy.

So first of all, I purchased the Gotrax XR Elite from their website. So far it will almost be several months with it and the scooter has been fantastic, I'm happy with it.

The only thing I've broken twice throughout this time is the rear fender...however after consulting their costumer service from their website, the kindly helped me obtain the piece I needed. So overall, even though I purchased their scooter directly from their website, i just wanted to say I have been happy with it as well as the customer service I've received.

Buy it for my cousin’s birthday gift. It's really easy to install, and fold easily. The operation is also very convenient and intelligent. It‘a good looking, and the small taillights at the front and the back which are very beautiful at night. Overall,it’s very convenient. Worth to buy it.

The rear fender was broken by my own negligence. I was able to contact support and they shipped me a new fender for a very reasonable price. The scooter has since been repaired and works as good as it did on day one. I've owned it approximately 1 year now.
