I like my Gotrax bike!

Shipping was fast it came within a week. The bike was well packed in the box with foam. It comes with a tool set for the assembly which came in handy. For the assembly it took me approximately 1:30 to assemble the bike. You have to Attach the handle ; bar/pedals/fender/light/front wheel. However the instructions aren’t very clear to follow, so i googled a few videos to help me out. Ive used it twice so far and i love it! The front light is bright in the dark. The horn is nice to warn pedestrians.

Great bike with a great seller.

The bike is a great fail you and the great price. I had a small problem with this bike when it arrived. At the sellers own expense, they fixed the problem immediately to make a customer happy.
You can ride this bike all day without pedal assist in all 7 gears. It is definitely one of the easiest bikes to ride around. I have a traffic radar sign near my home, with the bike in the fast mode and peddling very quickly we were able to get the radar speed up to 24 kph.
You will not be disappointed in this bike, from this seller.

The bike came on time. Was easy to assemble it took about 60 minutes the first one. Only 30 minutes on are second bike not bad for a 70 something. We ride about 5mile per day. Just what we wanted.

Is battery swappable in case I need to increase range with 2 batteries?

Yes, the battery is removable. If you'd like to bring a spare battery to increase the range, it needs to be the same model provided by us. Thank you.

How do you reset the mileage back to 0 onEBR6

To reset the mileage back to 0 on the EBR6, go to the settings mode, navigate to the P16 interface, and then press and hold the up button. This will clear the mileage.

Does it have a bell or horn?

Yes, it has an electric horn located on the right handlebar.
