Warranty repair

My Grandson's scooter stopped functioning with no codes showing on the display! I reached out to Gotrax outlining the issue and they suspected a faulty console. We received a replacement console which put new life back into the scooter making a person very happy.
We were very impressed with Kayla who provided steps to follow to narrow down the issue and get the new console shipped!

Great Customer Service

The GXL V2 scooter I bought for my son was great until it stopped working 3 months after it was delivered. That's not ideal, obviously, but the customer service was surprisingly helpful in diagnosing the issue. They asked for a picture and a video of what was wrong and within a week or two they sent me a replacement console. Now it works like new. Good on them for taking responsibility and making sure customers are happy. Shout out to Fiona from Gotrax Support Team. Very friendly! :)
