EBE5 26" 32KPH 80KM Max Range Electric Off Road Bike

I take this out mostly on weekend forest trails with lots of rocks and tree roots. The fat tires offer really good traction on loose soil, and the front suspension takes the harshness out of bumpy descents. Having the front rack and saddlebags is a huge plus for carrying gear on longer outdoor trips. It feels very sturdy and planted when you’re riding off-pavement.

This is a photo I snapped on the fly. You can probably tell just how sturdy this bike is，it’s an absolute steal for the price. I ride it almost every day, and I really like the blue color.

We encountered some issues with the rear wheel, so we contacted Gotrax customer service. They responded very, very quickly, and as soon as they identified the problem, they immediately shipped out the replacement parts. The replacement process went very smoothly, with no other issues. Throughout the entire process, the Gotrax customer service team did an excellent job.
We bought this e-bike for my wife, and she loves it. The battery life is excellent; we often ride it to go camping. On one occasion, we rode a 30-kilometer route that included both uphill and flat sections. I’ve ridden it a few times myself, and I can confidently say the riding experience is very comfortable. The seat is well-padded and absorbs bumps very well.
For the price, this e-bike is definitely a great value.

A day after placing my order, I wanted to change the color,black just isn’t right for summer,but they said it had already been shipped. Well, black isn’t too bad, but who doesn’t love a new color option? If they could have let me change it, I would have given it a five star review, because the EBE5 bike is actually pretty good and very stylish. I don’t like the other models.

You can instantly feel the premium texture the moment you touch the frame—it's not that smooth, easily-scratched cheap metal. The battery integrates perfectly into the down tube, keeping it super clean. I played it safe with the black/grey look, which is fine, but now I secretly wish I bought the new green or blue option just to stand out a bit more on campus.

As a 220lbs guy, most commuter bikes struggle on slopes. The 500W motor on this EBE5 doesn't care at all. It hits that 32km/h speed limit surprisingly fast on my morning commute. The frame has zero flex, feels like a tank. It’s not just a pretty lifestyle bike, it’s a legit daily workhorse.

Problème : Après assemblage et 1ere essai, le cadran ouvrait mais indiquait aucune donnée. Après vérification du câblage à notre portée tout était ok. J'ai donc communiqué avec le service à la clientèle de GoTrax. L'agente (LYDIA) fut d'un excellent support lors des communications et elle a su m'envoyer les pièces de remplacement rapidement. Problème résolu!

Je profite pleinement de mon vélo maintenant. Je recommande!

The quality is pretty good, but the last time I ordered, for some reason they called to verify my identity. They didn’t ship the item until I confirmed it, which caused a two-day delay. I’m not worried about someone making unauthorized charges, so next time they can just ship it right away.

What really sold me on the EBE5 is how it handles bad weather. With those fat tires, I don’t have to worry about rain, slush, or even light snow. The bike stays planted and stable, which makes my commute way less stressful on messy days. On dry pavement it’s smooth and easy, but the real difference shows up when the weather turns ugly. I’ve ridden through wet leaves and muddy patches without a single wobble. If you deal with unpredictable weather like I do, these tires are a game changer

I bought this when it first came out—I liked the look of it and decided to give it a try. Been riding it for a few weeks now, and it’s been great. Was hesitant at first cause it's not cheap but honestly worth every penny. I live about 12km from work, charge it every few days and it's fine. The 32kph top speed is nice when you need it but even at lower speeds the battery lasts forever. Feels solid, rides smooth. Coworker tried it and now he's getting one too lol.

Decent off road performance. And it is a good looking bike made with good quality bparts. All around excellent entry level electric bike.

This bike is so much fun to ride. I've had it for over a year and am very happy with it. The frame is solid. It assembled easily and I've had no problems with it.

This is my first Ebike, and overall I have been enjoying it. I do find the range to be little shorter than advertised. But not really knowing bikes at all, think overall it is a good buy. I had not ridden a bike in over 50 years.

I recently got mine, and I'm thrilled with my gotrax ebe5. All I need now is the ebike lock to come, and I'm complete.

It feels like a superpower to have the bike kick in when you pedal. Climbing hills is so much easier.

The fat tires make for a very smooth comfortable ride along with the adjustable handlebars and seat you sit in a position that’s comfortable.

This bike exceeded my expectations. I love riding this bike. I am 240 pounds and this thing has guts. Goes 20 mph very easily. I would recommend this bike to any big person.
