  2. Our engineers will determine if your gotrax is still repairable and how much it will cost to repair.
  3. Purchase the Repair Service for your Model of GOTRAX (Look Below). The Cost below is for Shipping and Labor. GOTRAX will invoice you for any additional parts needed.
  4. A CS Agent will Create a Repair Order
  5. You Will be sent a Shipping Label and Repair Order Terms 
  6. Your Product Arrives at the GOTRAX Warehouse and is Repaired
  7. GOTRAX Will then Send Your Product back to you.Shipping costs for return and dispatch of repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
