I now have 2 of these because I loved the first one so much, when I lost the battery I bought another to ride while I waited for my replacement battery for the first one. It took awhile because they are so new there wasn’t any parts available for them. I’m so happy they were able to get me a replacement battery. Now I have a spare one for riding with a friend.
I’m so impressed with the quality and styling of this bike. It’s perfect for commutes on the road. Lots of battery life. It’s nice that the skinny tires will fit on the bike carrier on a city bus too.

10/10 Bike⭐️

I have ridden this bike to and from work for the past week. Assemble was pretty quick and painless other than the fact that some tools suck as the wrench couldn’t fit on the nuts and bolds. Other than that it’s a great bike in general. Terrain features, battery life, speed is just amazing.

Received the bike on 10/13/23 and my husband had it assembled by the time I got home with no issues. I've only ridden it a few times but so far so good. We bought this ebike as a starter ebike and honestly to simply get me out of the house and a bit more tolerate on bike in hopes of beimg able to get back on my normal bike soon. I have to say for the price it's been fantastic. It's super easy to maneuver and very comfortable. The seat is a bit hard but for my purposes it will do. I would highly recommend it and have do so already to several co-workers. Will update the review if anything changes.

Perfect bike for the price

The bike comes VERY WELL packaged. It will be safe and protected during shipping. Assembly is straight forward for the most part, should take an hour or less.
The build quality of this bike surprised me. I was fully anticipating it to feel cheap because of the price, but it feels solid and well made. The motor is responsive and has nice torque.

Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes are for women? and what are the men sizes?

Currently, our ebikes are available in a single size. We recommend checking the size details on the product page to ensure the bike is suitable for both the woman and the man who will be riding it. Or you can check the CTI2, CTI3 of the CTI series for woman, and CTI for man.

If 27 inches would be too big for a women’s that’s 5 feet tall

Thank you for your question. The seat height for our e-bikes ranges from 31.49 to 38.18 inches for reference. If your height falls within the recommended height 5.2-6.2FT, you should be able to ride comfortably. Even if you are slightly outside this range, it should still be manageable.

Alternatively, we offer step-thru design e-bikes such as the CTI2 and CTI3, which might be more suitable. If you want to be sure about the height, we recommend trying a bike from a family member or friend, or visiting a local bike shop to test the height.

Can the battery power the bike without pedaling?

You can choose between pedal assist mode, full electric mode where the battery powers the bike without pedaling, or ride it like a regular bike without using the battery!
