My Gotrax scooter suddenly stopped working with no power at all. At first, I thought it was just a battery issue, so I bought a new battery, but even then, it still didn’t work. Feeling frustrated, I decided to email Gotrax for help.

That’s when I was assisted by Lydia from their customer service team, and honestly, she was amazing! Lydia guided me patiently through every step, helping troubleshoot the issue until we finally got my scooter working again. Her dedication, patience, and excellent service deserve more than 100%!

Loving my ride.. 68 years young with two bad knees, can’t be without it here in Arizona.. I need it to get to the pool every night, pop over to friends. It is amazing, and scoots pretty fast😄. I find myself going over the speed limit in our 55+ resort. Gotta be careful😂. Charged it when we got it and have not charged it again and it’s been 2 months. I don’t use it a lot but still .. we bought a cover for it, but u should really have some on your website!!again love my “Harley”

The Gotrax Scooter is great, ended up using it more than my foldable e-bike EBE1 which I love too. Used it a lot when we camp. Both Quality products, that’s why I bought the scooter from Go Trax.

MY thoughts. The 350W motor is underpowered, would not go up slight hills carrying about 190lbs (85Kg), sorry I did not get the 500W motor, but that would made it too heavy too. The non removable battery is I believe a problem, A removing it reduces weight, it is a heavy scooter for a senior. There is also an issue in cold climates, manual states do not store battery/power supply below -4F (-20C) that means the whole unit must be stored in a heated environment in winter as -20C and below are normal winter temperatures in Canada. My EBE1 stays in the trailer, the battery comes inside. I do realize the design is made for more that senior camping trips, so my issues may be minor for what it designed purpose and uses.

I still think it is a great product, and recommend, was a real conversation maker while camping.

Purchased this for my wife for summer trips by the lake. Perfect for cruising the road and the basket is a nice feature. I added a ceramic coating to the paint to help keep the bike looking great for years to come. There is enough power to go up an incline but anything more you will need to push with your feet to get there. The headlight and brake light is a nice touch. The front and rear brakes are great and stop well. I just wish it had a bit more speed but then I'd get into trouble.

I must say it has performed flawlessly maybe a little week going uphill but otherwise really satisfied.

I got this for a new work commute because I wanted something more fun and I have a 2 mile city commute. It took me a day of practice balancing on turns, it well, worth it! My 8 year old will hop on with me for short cruises around the neighborhood. I like that it has a normal plug I can put in my office. We bought a second one so we can cruise the neighborhoods and city. Shipped quickly and too heavy for me to lift up to the second floor. I do recommend getting a seat cushion for longer drives

Great legal and cheap! I was worried about the hill up to town but it did well, didn’t suck much battery:). Only problem is to do waterproof the battery so it can be used also.

This bike only costs 600 CAD, making it a great value for city commuting. My destinations aren't far, so I don't worry about battery range. Every time I ride to work, I bring it into the office, charge it fully, and get it ready for the next ride.
Never let the battery drain completely—it's best to charge it when there's still one bar left.
Oh, and the rear basket is a nice bonus for carrying odds and ends.
All in all, based on my experience so far, I'd recommend it to anyone living in the city. Before owning this scooter, I relied on walking or taking the bus, so it feels great not to have to walk every day for simple commutes like work or grocery shopping.

This is truly a great entry-level scooter. After pumping up the tires a bit, it climbs hills much more easily—even steep ones are no problem. I ride it to work every day and have absolutely no complaints. It handles well, and both assembly and use are super simple. The seat is comfortable too. I'm so glad I bought it!

I was very surprised when I received the scooter very quick shipment. Ordered this yesterday and received it today. It is great quality and very smooth to ride. I really love the electric scooter, the design is so cool! The speed and power are great, I’ve been using the electric scooter for a few weeks now, I will say that this scooter is not faster but it still runs pretty well and safe!
And I get to my 2 year old boy in the front, and use it to take my boy to school on nicer days. He really enjoys the ride.
One thing I like is the basket in the back. I put all the stuff in my backpack. If you’re looking for something simple and easy to ride, this one’s worth checking out. Very convenient scooter for moving around small areas short distances. High recommend!

I’ve been using this Gotrax electric scooter for a little while now and I really like it! It’s easy to ride, super comfortable thanks to the seat, and the big tires make the ride feel smooth even on bumpy streets.

This is a quite excellent product. The large tires are one of the things I like about it, and they also have shock absorption. This shock absorption is an indispensable feature for navigating city roads. It allows me to drive it with confidence. It will be much safer. Secondly, the small basket is also very convenient for me. When I go to the supermarket to buy some things, I can put them in the small basket instead of hanging the bags on the handle. It will make me not lose my balance. Thirdly, its pedal-assisted seat allows me to carry heavier loads (such as a box of water). Previously, when I went out to buy water, I had to carry it on my shoulders or in my hands, which was very tiring and heavy. Now, with this device, my hands are free.

I’ve had this scooter for almost two months , let me just say it is FANTASTIC & FUN ! It is not crazy fast but it is fast enough . I use it for my daily commute to work and home now ( 6kms) and charge it at the end of my 5 day work week . The battery lasts way long in first “gear” and it does reach 15.5miles . Second gear well let’s just say speed wobble at 20 miles . I’ve taken it down to the last battery bar and this scooter did 10 kms which I will test it out longer one day and still had pep and 1 full bar still . The grandkids also love it and have a blast every time they come over (11&15) .
