Ensemble moteur-roue EBE3

I am a Second Class Steam Engineer, can run any power station in Canada, my job is to analyse and fix problems. So first off the weakest link appears to be the wires exiting the wheel spool, sharp edges wire coil does protect much. Best might be having a plug-in at the end of the spool but that's a big change, or a piece of pipe? Second item was the spool rotated 3x's in the bike frame when a washer on the drive side was installed next to the inner nut. Needs a lock washer here and/or install instruction for washer placement. I love the bike from day 1, nice frame size, 21 speed, great power, fabulous price, skip the cars, give everyone a bike and loose some weight America! Keep the $10 you guys are already doing me a solid replacing the assembly, THANK-YOU. Great customer service, Looking to buy an upgrade, what other brands do you produce? Thanks Again!!
