Breath of fresh air for my beloved EBE1

The battery was often sold out, but one day I visited the Gotrax website and saw that it was back in stock. As the owner of the EBE1, this little ebike is so useful and my old battery was starting to be a little bit "tired". So I purchased a new battery right here. Shipping took a little bit more than expected but the Online support right here and by email was effective, kind and always (and I mean it) always answered every question that I had. My EBE1 rides like a brand new one, thanks to my new battery.

Product not received

I ordered on July 10 and 15 days later i am still waiting. Tracking doesnt show a shipment and customer service says they are following up. No updates...
As a career quality manager this is simple Unacceptable performance from a supplier.

Hello,

We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. It is possible that the shipment hasn't been sent due to a lack of inventory. Please contact our customer service to arrange a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Happy

It took a while to get my new ebe1 battery but well worth it. New battery is working up to specs expected. Original battery that came with the bike was a lemon.
