I ordered on July 10 and 15 days later i am still waiting. Tracking doesnt show a shipment and customer service says they are following up. No updates...
As a career quality manager this is simple Unacceptable performance from a supplier.

It took a while to get my new ebe1 battery but well worth it. New battery is working up to specs expected. Original battery that came with the bike was a lemon.
