So had a few hiccups a few weeks in to getting my scooter. One of the red knobs on the shocks fell off due to not screwing it down properly in manufacturing. I asked to get another one and they sent me a new pair of shocks within a couple weeks for free! Also my rear drive motor had a sensor failure. Using the contact form again I mentioned my problem and they sent me a new one within a couple weeks again! Also free because of warranty. Lydia was the lady I dealt with through email. And she was fantastic. Only issue is that the emails went to my junk and I didn't know I recieved an answer until I looked in there. Big deal. Scooter has been great other wise. Thanks GoTrax

This scooter is a game changer ,by far the best head turner in town . I have to keep my music low on the helmet because someone is always asking me questions and I love to answer them . In turbo mode the battery goes down a lil quicker but unless you plan on doing a marathon that doesn't matter I rock around town from end to end multiple times without worries. On eco mode the thing would last all day for slow speed adventures . What else can I say this unit is an absolute beast! walking up and coasting down curbs the deck height and full shock suspension this GX3 is a scooter for all. Your money spent will be payed back in thrills

Does it have a key of NFC tag? Or is it just power on and go?

The scooter does not have a key or NFC tag. To power it on, press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds. Then, use the ‘+’ button to select the desired mode. The default 'P' mode is for parking and has no power output. Once you select a mode, press the throttle to start.
Can the gx3 battery be removed for charge

The GX3 battery is not designed to be removed for charging.
Where can I test drive it? I live DT Toronto

Will it be ok if i ride for a few minutes in the rain?

This scooter has an IPX5 water resistance rating, which means it can handle low-pressure water sprays from any direction. So, riding for a few minutes in light rain should be fine.
Does the gx3 come with a built in speed limiter?

The GX3 has a top speed of 60 km/h, and it is shipped with this maximum speed limit. However, there are 3 adjustable speed modes: Mode 1 is 25 km/h, Mode 2 is 45 km/h, and Mode 3 is 60 km/h.

What is the difference between the special edition and the original

The difference between the special edition and the original lies in the added details like a maple leaf logo and model-specific silkscreen, exclusive to the special edition.
