I recently purchased the Gotrax GX3 High Performance eScooter, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in many ways. As someone who weighs 265 lbs, finding a scooter that could handle my weight was a challenge, but the GX3, with its 330 lb capacity, has proven to be a perfect fit.
**Performance**: The ride is incredibly smooth, thanks to the dual 1000W motors. They have no issues pushing me, and I can easily hit speeds of up to 60 km/h. The scooter maintains speed well, making it a reliable option for both short and long commutes.
**Range**: On a full charge, I get a range of around 35-40 km, which meets my expectations and is sufficient for my daily needs.
**Comfort**: The ride can get a bit bumpy if the tire pressure is set to 50 psi, but lowering it to 35 psi and bending my knees helps significantly. Overall, the comfort level is quite good.
**Build Quality**: The build quality is impressive. The scooter feels very sturdy and durable. I did have to adjust the stem screws a bit as they came loose, but once tightened, everything was solid.
**Features**: The control panel is packed with useful features. I particularly love the digital lock, which adds an extra layer of security. However, it would be even better if the scooter had an app for additional functionality.
**Battery Life**: The battery life is decent, and it recharges relatively quickly, ensuring that I'm not left stranded.
**Ease of Use**: Operating the GX3 is straightforward, and maintenance has been minimal so far.
**Value for Money**: Given its performance, build quality, and features, I believe the Gotrax GX3 offers excellent value for money. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone in need of a high-capacity, high-performance eScooter.

Had a gmax ultra previously to purchasing this scooter. The gx3 is in a whole different realm. Absolutely amazing on and off the road and lots of power to make it up anything! Would definitely recommend.

So had a few hiccups a few weeks in to getting my scooter. One of the red knobs on the shocks fell off due to not screwing it down properly in manufacturing. I asked to get another one and they sent me a new pair of shocks within a couple weeks for free! Also my rear drive motor had a sensor failure. Using the contact form again I mentioned my problem and they sent me a new one within a couple weeks again! Also free because of warranty. Lydia was the lady I dealt with through email. And she was fantastic. Only issue is that the emails went to my junk and I didn't know I recieved an answer until I looked in there. Big deal. Scooter has been great other wise. Thanks GoTrax
