It also comes packed with features like lights, fenders and a bell. The user interface was very easy to understand, with ergonomic controls and a functional digital battery usage display. This versatile model is well-suited to any kind of riding, commuting, errands, trips to the beach — you name it. The shipping was really fast and got delivered on time.
The Shift S2 ebike from Gotrax impressed us with its comfortable and smooth ride quality. This bike has predictable handling and a nicely dampened feel thanks to its front suspension and girthy tires. It also has a relaxed geometry, ample adjustment range in the seatpost and stem, plus a comfy saddle and ergonomic grips. Additionally, it comes with user-friendly features like fenders, and light. I would say the ebike came 90% assembled. It's lighter than other brands of the same specifications and my daughter loves it. This is the second ebike I'm buying from gotrax and will definitely buy more for every member of my family.

Comfortable is one of the best ways to describe the way the shift s2 handles. , it has an impressively smooth and calm feel in all situations. On the Meewasin biking trail in Saskatoon, we found it easy to ride at both high and low speeds, and long and short radius turns with a predictable and easy-going demeanor. Likewise, during our high-speed downhill test, we found the shift s2 to be impressively stable and steady at speeds well over the 18 mph mark. The Suntour fork provides 100mm of smooth front suspension that helps to take the edge off bumps, cracks, and potholes in the road. Meanwhile, the tires have a larger air volume that helps dampen and smooth the ride over rough surfaces and aids in traction with a larger contact patch. The versatile tread design of the puncture-resistant tires is fast-rolling on pavement, with just enough tread to grip well on variable surfaces. My daughter rode the ebike on both concrete pavement, asphalt road, bumpy trails and it performed really well. I'm just saving money to buy a third one for my last daughter and also a fourth one for my wife. That's to tell you how we all love the e- bike.

I bought this for my son who is a taller 9 year old. I thought he would enjoy the feeling of an electrified bike since I had one myself. He now enjoys super-long rides with me when I'm on my electric bike. The battery could be better, but for the price, the battery life is great. Assembly is a bit weird (setting the handlebar straight) but other than that, a comfy ride for adults, teens, and kids alike.

This little bike is a blast. I’ve got a specialised mountain bike and got this ebike for my dad to switch off if he gets tired when we go for rides. Very well build quality! Surprisingly it rides pretty smooth. At a slight downhill angle it can go about 25.6 kph and about 17.5-20 kph on flat and im 5’11” 185 lbs for size reference. The seat is very comfy and so is the bike overall. Keep in mind I just got this bike only rode it 6km so far. I’ll give an update after a few months. If I could pick one negative thing (nitpicking) it gets a little wobbly at higher speeds since the wheels are smaller and the handlebars are very narrow (DO NOT try taking hands or a hand off handlebars lol) but not a huge deal. And also my dad is 60 years old and has no problem riding this bike and he likes it. It does have a 1 year warranty. If u want a good first electric bike this is an excellent choice! I might buy another one. Can’t wait to take it to the park, beach and all that .

It's a decent bike

got two to get around in the Keys. Fun, portable little bikes. We have a Mini Cooper and they both fit in the back.

My hubby uses this to travel around the city for work. It can fit into the subways and is not too big. Very fast for the size.

We bought this so my son could get around town. And it was a perfect buy for him.

My family loves this little bike. Light, nimble easy to ride. Steering angle seems steep so its touchy. Not threatening on the "no motorized vehicles" walking trails around my house so no one says anything. Great p.urchase

Nice little bike but I wish the handle bars would be adjustable for the smaller rider, seat is very comfortable for such a small bike it is pretty heavy 40 lbs for the younger riders or the older riders you wouldn’t want to carry it very far especially if you’re going up and down stairs. It is moderately fast but watch out for the smaller rocks on the pavement!

Lets talk about it. I ordered it and it came to me in a week. single speed but it works beautifully. Everything came, nothing was missing. Perfect bike for cities where everything is close yet so far away. Balancing is a breeze, I can even ride with one hand! If you want a smaller ebike that still does the job, than THIS is the one you want to buy!! Im 5ft 2, 165! From sidewalk to street. The lights make is easy to see at night! And to be seen! I LOVE IT!!!!!

I absolutely love my ebike!!! I'm like a kid in a candy store. 65 year old kid. I weigh 172 and this ebike has plenty of power to go up hills. It goes 22 kph max which seems pretty fast in a quiet neighborhood! I ride it about 10km which depletes the battery about 1/4 of the way down. The assembly was super easy and took about 10 minutes!

It took a few minutes to get the hang of the throttle. Previously, I had a Trek e-bike and it was just too big, so I passed it to my husband —who was eager to get one. Now I have this one and it zips around everywhere. Definitely recommend!

Fairly straightforward to put together, because it’s 90% assembled already. Zips around nicely and looks cute. I can lift it.

This is my second bike from Gotrax. This bike has a single gear but 3 modes of Electric motor speed. Overall, I think it’s a great bike if you want a small bike for commuting.

Bought this for my teenage son. It's a good bike has a light and a horn.its great for a starter bike because it's easy to handle it's a comfortable ride and it's pretty fast. Decent price point.
