We bought our grandson a standard electric bike. I loved it so much that we chose Gotrax, and I fell in love with this F5 at first sight ❤️!
I love off-road riding, so I specifically chose wide tires for a more comfortable ride—and it definitely didn’t disappoint!!
Now my grandsons all want mine😂
they’ve put a storage bag on the rear rack, which is super handy ！
After my ex-husband test-rode mine, he ordered one too—he plans to take it on a road trip with his semi-truck, and he’s super excited to have it!
Although it’s a little heavy for me, I’ll work on building my stamina through exercise—and it fits perfectly in the trunk of my Nissan Teana!
Now our whole family is going to ride Gotrax e-bikes together on the mountain trails!
The installment plan also made it much easier on my budget!

When we go camping, we traditionally take our golf carts. But that requires two trips. So we all got these go track F5 E bikes. I just did my first 10 miles and this thing is so fun to ride. With pedal assist or throttle only. And it’s late enough I can pick it up (even with my recent back injury) and throw it in the bed of my truck or up onto a rack on the back of the RV. So excited to be back outside and exercising. Let’s go Trax!

I’ve been using this bike for a few weeks now. The frame feels solid, the folding hinges lock securely in place, and there’s no noticeable wobble when riding on dirt roads. I chose this bike because it’s both foldable for easy transport and capable of handling light off-road riding. The wide tires perform well on gravel roads and small hills. It’s just a bit heavy to lift into the trunk, but that’s a common issue with all folding bikes. Overall, this bike is quite practical.

I bought this for weekend trips along the coast. The folding mechanism is simple and it fits nicely in the back of my car without taking up all the trunk space. The fat tires provide good traction on different surfaces, including gravel, wet concrete, and loose sand near the water. Overall, it’s a practical bike if you want something portable that can handle rougher ground.

I rarely leave reviews, but the look of this bike forced my hand. That matte black finish feels so premium and sharp—it looks incredible up against the urban graffiti walls downtown. And those beefy fat tires aren't just for show; they roll over city curbs and street tracks like they're nothing. It feels super stable, rugged, and looks absolutely awesome.

Got this bike on a recent sale and the value is unbeatable! The build quality feels incredibly premium and robust. Those fat tires combined with the front suspension make riding through park trails and bumpy paths super smooth. It's incredibly stylish, handles my daily commute like a charm, and fits easily into my car trunk for weekend getaways. 10/10!

After buying an EBE4 Pro, which is a great machine, but due to a problem with my left leg, the middle bar was causing me some problems getting off the bike. So, the most appropriate model for me had to be a model like the R2, F1, F2, F3, F5 or F6. I hesitated between the F5 or the R6. A person from Gotrax told me that they were similar. I opted for the F5. And I'm very happy with my choice.

All white with the handles, saddle and brown sidewall of the wheels gives it a great look. Plus having hydraulic brakes improves braking quite a bit compared to my other bike (EBE4 Pro).

The small differences I noticed compared to the EBE4 Pro, obviously, a better braking system, the response of the front fork more efficient. On the other hand, I think, the range of the different levels PAS are not calibrated in the same way. On the EBE4 Pro, the transitions from level 1 to 5 are more linear but on the F5 they are more exponential. Don't be mistaken, the EBE4 Pro model is a very good bike but obviously the F5 is a new superior. With the accessories I added and for the price, this is the best E-Bike I could buy.

Now I just have to try the Flex Campus Pro Foldable Electric Scooter !!!

For those looking to get some impressive range, fat tires, front wheel suspnesion and more this is the e-bike for them. Great for camping trips to since it can fold. Great ebike all around.

Having had this bike for over a year now, I'm still happy with it. It's my primary transportation to and from work.
First thing. It's heavy.
Second. As some others have commented, the seat is pretty basic so probably not the most comfortable seat out there. But not enough that've changed it.
Third. I've had no trouble with the hydraulic brakes. They stop pretty fine.
Fourth. I haven't noticed a real problem with battery life. But, I'm not running around at top speeds and top PAS or throttle all the time.
Honestly, I consider it money well spent. Everything works and has continued to work over the last year.

Love my bike, especially on the many hills in our area! Also the supplier's attention to clarity in the manual and after-sale followup.
