Our second white bike, with a different coloured black battery, resulted in making an enquiry about that, as well as the fact the motor would engage before being on the bike, after touching the lower gear key when setting up the PAS LEVEL. The Boost mode was the answer and nothing should be activiated until on the bike.

This was my very 1st pedal assist bike. So far I love this bike. It was easy to assemble and all tools needed were included. The bike is easy and comfortable to ride.

After riding for more than two months, everything works normally and the operation is smooth.I like the design that it hides the battery. It looks like a normal bicycle until you turn the accelerator.
The cruising range is also good. over all, I like it.

After I received the bicycle. The build took no more than ten minutes. And brought all the tools necessary. After using it for over a week, I have to say i'm super impressed with this bicycle. You can either pedal or press the Throttle. And it gets you going battery life last much longer then I Expected. And is very well made. Love That the battery comes off and you can take it inside to charge it.

I am really surprised at how much get up and go this bike has. My dad who weighs 225lbs rode it and it took off with him really quickly (going up hill too). It is really amazing how much speed and power this electric bike has. The only negative that we have found is the battery does not last the longest. It is not bad for riding around about a 10 km area, but if you really needed the power, I would be apprehensive to go much further. I feel like on full power, it probably goes about 15-19 km. However, you always have the pedal power too!

I got this bike expecting to ride it all around my neighborhood and now by daughter wants to take it to ride around college campus - says many of the students have the same bike and she loves it too- great for all weather!

Comfy ride, decent battery life, good speed! All for a very reasonable price. Wife has been using it to get around town instead of driving lately and has been loving it, now that we both have ebikes, getting around is a lot more fun and a lot cheaper.

It makes my daily commute so much easier. The quality is good. Great battery life. Assemble instruction can be improved but overall it’s a great bike.

This bike was pretty easy to assemble following the instructions. It is extremely well made with quality parts and materials. Workmanship is also top notch. Now when riding the bike, it took me a minute to get adjusted to it as it is considerably different than a standard style bike, but once I did, it was fine. It has several gears to switch through when necessary and you can also pedal it yourself if need be.

Great ebike, battery life is good and it was easy to put together. Perfect for festivals and around town.

I love my GoTrax e-bike. I have over 1,000 miles of riding- in the neighborhood, off-road, in the mountains…i literally take it everywhere.

It is light weight and I can easily load it into my vehicle when I want to ride in another environment.

The pedal assist helped me get back into shape, especially when going uphill. The throttle is really helpful when I get tired.

Besides helping me get into shape, it is so much fun! People will stop and ask me what type of bike it is.

Charge time is fast and I can ride 40+ miles on one charge.

The value is there!

At the time of order, this bike was priced quite a bit lower than competitors, so I didn't hold high expectations. Still, it is been really great so far! My husband put it together for me. We aren't bike-pro people, but we know our way around the basics and it went together easily. I must not have read all of the specs because I found myself with a few pleasant surprises- the lock for the battery, the front light, the brand name gears. I like the quick adjust seat so we can adjust it for me or my taller husband. It is step through but doesn't look like a bulky beach cruiser. I like the matte black finish with the welded frame. The bike has several electric modes and they are easy to figure out, even for novices like me. I like the pedal assist, but you can also set it to a cruise mode so it goes for you. I haven't exhausted the battery yet as I haven't had the time to get beyond the neighborhood, but it has held its initial charge quite impressively. I'll keep updating as I go. So far, I don't have a single criticism.

Has some pretty good speed. The seat is comfortable and the charge holds up pretty well. No complaints.

Worth it. Easy assembly and works great. A commuters best friend! Color is nice and vibrant. Nice size!

With warm weather all year round I love biking every day. Loved this bike, the curved handlebars are so comfortable making for a smooth ride. My suggestion is to have a small screen for speed and mileage, otherwise good bike.

I am not a technical person in the least... thankfully, it looks like all reviews of the technical aspects of the bike have been covered by others. My brother put together the bike for me (apparently easy), and off he went. Me? I was a little nervous. I've never owned or ridden an electric bike before. It's easy enough, though. It's easy to get on and off. It's easy to charge with the removeable battery. Not so easy for me to carry it up and down the apartment stairs. Lol. It's solid, and heavy-ish to carry. It's been really fun.

I absolutely love my new Go trax. Purple was a great choice for me. I am able to use this to run down to the grocery store. I added a basket that hangs on and I can take it off when not in use. My favorite thing is to take the bike to the beach. I can ride for miles and miles. The battery was fully charged when I received my bike. I have not completely drained the battery yet. It has charged quickly every time. The bike is sturdy. I have had no issues with it at all. Everyone loves the color. Lots of people stop to ask me about it. I do want to add that it was incredibly easily to assemble. I am not usually able to put things together. The instructions were clear and I had no problems.

I was a little worried upon opening the package that you needed to assemble some of the bike but it was not a difficult task. The most difficult part is the handlebars are getting them lined up just right. All of the tool needed are included in the packaging. The bike is a little on the heavy side but for the price point and what it is capable of, you aren’t buying a carbon racer. The battery life is really good, probably as advertised. IT is a lot of fun to use the electric power too. You can hear a slight grunt as the motor is kicking on and propelling you forward. It is fast!! I like being able to pedal and having the electric assist mode turned on. A half rotation of the pedals and you are instantly pushed an extra mile an hour or two. It is smooth and does not just you around. There is a nice curve to the power band that is gentle but powerful.
The seat is adjustable. I am 6’4” and do not have the seat adjusted all the way up. Could easily fit someone a lot taller than me. The bike itself only makes the typical chain noise while riding. Besides the thick tubing down the center, you wouldn’t know it is an electric bike. The handlebar grips and seat are very comfortable as well. Charging time is as described. Best to leave on the charge overnight.
Wonderful bike to have, especially if you have shorter commutes. Great at the price point as well.
