wish u could customize the acceleration , and i wish u could change how fast each pedal assist goes. for example changing pedal assist 1 from 15 to 10 because if ur in an area where u need to be slow u either have to hold the down button which gives u 5kph or u have to change the gear to a lower gear or u have to accelerate fast and break frequently.

other than that the bike is decently well made wish it had rear suspension but for the price it makes sense

glad it had fender and a rear rack + light lost of bikes dont include that and love that the battery is inside the bike

My wife and I recently purchased two gotrax ebe4 electric bikes. I must say that I don’t regret purchasing this e-bike. The assembly took approximately 30 minutes and it wasn’t too hard. I had a small problem with the front disk brake rubbing against the brake pad. I reached out to Customer Service and they promptly sent a video that assisted me with adjusting the brake pads. This E bike is probably one of the best purchases I’ve had in a while. Thank you so much gotrax!!!!!!! You all are the best.

These bikes make cycling a real joy to get out. The quality of these bikes is exceptional. Highly recommend.

A lot of fun to use! I still use the pedal power on most of my rides. But using the the power assist to get through intersection quickly and safely and to end the ride just to cruse around adds a lot to my ride.
